✅ Acknowledgement: We promptly acknowledge receipt of the RFQ and provide a timeline for next steps.
✅ Clarify Requirements: We may request additional information about the scope, timelines, current QMS status, and any applicable industry standards to fully understand your needs.
✅ Understand the Client’s Business: We conduct research on your industry, business size, and operations to contextualize your needs.
✅ Discovery Meeting: A discovery session is held to discuss specific challenges, expectations, and detailed project requirements.
✅ Determine Scope of Work: Based on the discussions, we define the project scope, including focus areas and deliverables, ensuring alignment with your goals.
✅ Negotiate Terms: We address your feedback on the quote and adjust terms as needed to ensure mutual understanding.
✅ Draft Agreement: A formal contract is drafted, including the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and legal terms (e.g., liability, confidentiality, IP, and dispute resolution).
✅ Payment Terms: Payment milestones and terms are set.
✅ Sign-off & NDA (if required): Both parties sign the agreement and NDA (if necessary), securing the confidentiality of any sensitive information.
✅ Project Kick-Off: A kick-off meeting is held to align on next steps, introduce the project team, and confirm the project timeline.
✅ Implementation: Work begins according to the agreed scope, with a quality assurance plan in place to maintain high standards throughout the project.
